Angel and Annette Bracero

Our Lead and Founding Pastors, Angel Luis and Annette Bracero felt the Lord calling them to start a church in the beautiful city of Port Saint Lucie during the fall of 1994.  Soon after they were married, they took a step of faith and launched Lighthouse City Church on July 2, 1995 at a local hotel in the city.  Both Pastors Angel and Annette are graduates of the Multicultural Theological Institute and are ordained ministers of the Assemblies of God.  Pastor Angel also holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and Pastor Annette has a Masters degree in Professional Development.

LEAD ASSOCIATE Pastor

Iliana Saavedra

Iliana serves as lead associate pastor bringing a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. A graduate of the Multicultural Theological Institute, Iliana is deeply committed to fostering spiritual growth and community within our congregation. Iliana also serves as the Administrative Pastor for Lighthouse City Academy, where she oversees the care and education of children ages one to five. Her dedication to nurturing hearts and minds reflects her unwavering commitment to serving others and spreading the love of God. With her leadership, our church community continues to thrive and grow.

Doris Barbot

Doris Barbot has been a loyal and integral member of Lighthouse City Church alongside her family for 20+ years.  Her responsibilities include connecting our guests to the life of our church so that they can feel at home. She leads our church’s Host Team to provide a level of excellence when it comes to welcoming guests and members.

Associate Pastor

Frank Hernandez

Frank has been an integral part of our church family, bringing wisdom, dedication, and a heart for service to our community.  As a licensed minister, Frank faithfully serves in various capacities, including leading our Tuesday Prayer Nights and overseeing our church ordinances of water baptism and communion. His commitment to spiritual growth and guidance extends beyond our church walls, as he has also served as a former chaplain, offering solace and support to those in need. Frank continues to inspire and uplift our congregation, embodying the love and compassion of Christ in all that he does.

rogelio Albarran

Pastor Rogelio is a vibrant member of our church community with a special passion for nurturing the faith of children and youth. As he oversees our kids', youth and young adult programs, Rogelio brings boundless energy and creativity, creating a welcoming and engaging environment where young hearts can grow in their relationship with God. His love for kids and youth shines through in everything he does, from teaching Bible stories to organizing fun and meaningful activities that leave a lasting impact. Rogelio's dedication to instilling strong spiritual foundations and fostering a sense of belonging makes him a beloved figure among our youngest members and their families.

MEDIA Pastor

Tommy J. Otero

Pastor Tommy is a dedicated individual with a heart for serving others within the church community. With a background in media management and a passion for worship, Tommy seamlessly blends his talents to serve as both a media handler and worship server. He is known for his commitment to excellence in all he does, whether it's ensuring the smooth operation of multimedia during services or leading congregants in heartfelt worship. Tommy's warmth and enthusiasm create an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and uplifted.  Tommy also assures that the “church vibe” is what it needs to be for new comers and regular attendees to enjoy.

Wanda Ramirez

Pastor Wanda is a certified minister of the Assemblies of God and a dedicated leader with a passion for fostering spiritual growth.  Wanda oversees our elder team and compassion outreach within the congregation.  She inspires all who encounter her to embrace faith and fellowship wholeheartedly.

Honorary Pastor

Delia Murphy

Pastor Delia Murphy is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God and has served in church leadership for over 50 years!  She will never “retire” from this selfless giving of her passion and gifts.  We are honored that she would be an honorary pastor.
